What we collect
- Inspection requests. When you send a request we receive your name, phone number, property street address (if you give it), town or ZIP, the service you choose, anything you write in the note, whether you agreed to text messages, and the page you sent it from.
- Spam protection. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions. It is not kept with your request.
- Storm check. When you type an address into the storm check, your browser sends it to the U.S. Census Bureau's public address service to find its location. We do not store the address you type there.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and maintenance.
How we use it
- To call or text you back about your request and schedule an inspection.
- To prepare inspections, proposals and project paperwork you ask for.
- To keep our records and meet legal and accounting obligations.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example website hosting and email), with your insurance company or adjuster when you ask us to help with a claim, and when the law requires it. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
